only work safe mode

After several random reboots during install and then failing to boot, I was finally able to get Vista to boot into safe mode with networking. After disabling all hardware or updating drivers in device manager I am still unable to boot into vista in Normal Mode.
I have unhooked all usb devices and disabled as much as possible.
After booting into safe mode I get the following error
Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BLUESCREEN OS Version: 6.0.5384.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 1000007e BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: 88A043C0 BCP3: 925033B4 BCP4: 925030B0 OS Version: 6_0_5384 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1
Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini061006-03.dmp C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-283531-0.sysdata.xml
When I open the .dmp file I just get a whole bunch of jibber jabber. When I open the xml file I get a long list of devices but nothing that looks to be an error.

I have the exact same problem have u recieved any information on how to fix it?
