mouse only works in safe mode
What happend now, we only able to access internet from XP safe mode with network. It just giving out "Page can not be displayed" if we' re in normal mode. Talked to Support line for about 3 hrs, and still no resolution, why and how to dix it. Anybody have ever seen this kind of problem?

As for the auto-updates thing - for the majority of the population the fully-automatic setting works great, and to be realistic - is probably the only reason their machines stay patched. The suggestion to get a new driver is because they may actually need one - after all - things work fine in Safe Mode.

When I am trying to start Word, it gives the option for an error message, starts a recovery process and start up only in safe mode. It happens only with one user.
